Job Head of Marketing, Macquarie Park

As the Head of Marketing, you will oversee and drive all digital marketing efforts to fuel growth and market expansion within ShiftCare.

Reporting directly to the CEO and Board of Directors, this role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and facilitate expansion into new markets.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives, focusing on driving customer acquisition and engagement through innovative digital channels.
2. Work closely with sales, product, engineering, customer success, and executive teams to gain a deep understanding of the company’s market position and target customers. Leverage these insights to shape content and campaigns that appeal to key audiences.
3. Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, content marketing, paid advertising (PPC), and email marketing, aimed at driving conversions and growing the customer base.
4. Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that span digital touch points such as email, social media, paid search, and content marketing, ensuring maximum impact throughout the customer journey.
5. Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, providing direction and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
6. Guide the creation of content that aligns with marketing goals, collaborating with design, web, and SEO teams to ensure the seamless delivery of assets that enhance the customer experience.
7. Develop digital marketing strategies to support the launch and growth of the company in new markets and verticals.
8. Evaluate and adopt new marketing technologies and strategies that drive better results, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.

About you:

1. 10+ years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in a leadership role in B2B SaaS marketing.
2. Strong background in both inbound and outbound marketing, including content creation, and performance-driven strategies.
3. Extensive knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and other digital channels.
4. Proven experience building and leading high-performing digital marketing teams.
5. Success in developing and executing cross-channel campaigns, including webinars, digital ads, social media, and email outreach.
6. Proficiency with digital marketing platforms like HubSpot.
7. Analytical mindset with a focus on measuring success and driving business growth through data-driven decision-making.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate marketing strategies and insights to various stakeholders.
