Job Collections Officer (Early Arrears), Macquarie Park

The Job:

Reporting to the Collections Manager, you'll have the following responsibilities:

• Collecting overdue asset finance accounts up to 30 days in arrears.
• Supporting clients throughout the recovery process, collaborating with them to find mutually beneficial solutions.
• Handling inbound calls regarding overdue account inquiries.
• Communicating with internal and external parties to resolve customer queries.
• Assessing clients for financial assistance and working closely with the hardship team as needed.
• Helping customers understand their financial commitments to prevent future arrears.
• Working toward achievable team KPIs and targets.

You:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Minimum of 12 months of collections experience.
• Preferably, experience in the asset finance industry.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with a compassionate yet results-focused nature.
• The ability to build customer-centric relationships with a soft approach to collections.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, considerate, and professional environment.
